Registration

Having account verification issues?
Check your spam folder. Most often, it will be there. It's recommended that you using known email services such as Gmail (Best Results), Hotmail, and Yahoo. If you still can’t verify your account due to it expiring, trying re-creating another one.

Can I play without account?
No you can not. In order to play, you will need to create an account.

My verficiation link expired. Can I keep my old name?
If your verfication link expires, you can not be able to login with that account. It's recommended that you should definitely make a new account. In the future, this issue will probably be worked on.

Registrations are down?
Registration tends to be down often due to maintenance. In rare cases, registration can be down for a larger period of time. In any case, the registration page will change and notify you what's going on.

Account

I wish to reset my password. How can I do it?
Go the website and click Account. Enter your current account credentials and login. Below, you will see “Reset Password”. Follow the instructions and most likely, your account will use the new password credentials you have set.

Can I change my email address for my account?
As of now, you can’t do so. Our apologies for the situation, but if the situation arise, we will plan on adding such feature.

Will I be able to transfer my progress to another server
Sadly, you will start fresh if you play on another server and your progress from a current one will not be transferred over. Both servers are chances for a user to pick different choices or try different game styles without any consequences

Can the staff disable, delete, or reset my account?
We will not. You are entitled to create another account as the rules state you can have only 2 per e-mail address, but the staff will not disable, delete, or reset your account without specific reason.

Can I change my username?
We will not do any username changes per request or if you are banned because of your username in question. As the registration page states, please think carefully when selecting an username!

Suspension and Bans

I got banned?
If you got banned you an appeal via Discipline Appeals forum. Do not post your appeal in the General Support board! Getting unbanned depends on the severity of the rule you have broken. You can check if you are banned by logging in on the Account page on the main site.

Can I get unbanned?
If your account is temporary banned, then it's obvious that you will be unbanned after the set time period is finished. If you are permanently banned, you will never get unbanned. Think twice and read the rules before you do something that might get you banned!

Can I lose my stuff once banned?
Yes you can. Depending on the severity of the rule broken, we might purge your account and reset it.

Do I get pardoned once banned?
Users who have been contributing to the project might be given a pardon. Their situation will be reviewing during appeal process. We have a good filter for those, so it is pointless to try and be nice just because you want to receive this treatment one day.

I am a donator and I have a right to my account
Donations will not be a variable to determinate that you will recieve different treatment compared to any other user. You being a donator does not give you any immunity. As a result, you will be banned regardless.

Can account punishments vary?
Punishments are consistent and they do not vary from case to case. Only exception is when a user who contributed and was helpful to everyone is being let go of. Pardoning is a very rare case once someone got banned.

Donations and Coins

I haven't recieved my coins from donating. What should I do?
If you are having issues with donations, please report it to the Donation Issues board. We recommend having a picture of all confirmation transactions when donating for coins in case of an issue occurs. It's mandatory to have one as proof when posting a topic there.

I haven't recieved my items after purchasing.
You will most likely recieve it from just re-logging. If not, please report it to the Donation Issues board.

Gameplay

I can't connect or login to the game?
Please confirm that the server being online via the offical server status on our website. If you are receiving a “Can not connect to server” prompt, the best course of action to take would be to completely close the client, relaunch it, and try again. If you are able to see a “logging in” prompt and it fades, please be patient as at this point, the client is attempting to establish a connection and/or will place your account in a temporary ‘ghost’ queue, where you will place into the server at a later time without being able to see the queue box or the number you as placed in the queue. If you are recieving a “server locked” prompt, then thats mean the server has been locked by an Administator and a server maintenence is imminent. Always make sure your client is up to date! You must download a new client each time when a new update is released here. You will be given a prompt before logging in if your downloaded client is not updated.

What is MS Medallion?
The MS Medallion is a membership item. As a member, you will have get a slight non-damaging benefit over normal users. You will gain more money, EXP, access to exclusive maps, the ability to catch different Pokémon and much more.

Can we catch a(n) X?
Most regular Pokémon (including legendaries) are seeable. Most legenadaries will not catchable because of balancing. However, only a few will be and it will be difficult to catch them. Though, do not be disappointed, some times our staff do host events that can possibly get you the ability of gaining an uncatchable legendary. A quick good tip when catching a legendary would be to make sure your evolution data in your Pokedex is always maxed out.

How can I become a staff member?
Aside from OUR Content Staff (Content Scripter, Artist and Mapper.) You can apply within our Staff Recruitment sub-topic in the Staff Relations Board or check out our Staff Workshop. The Game Master and Global Moderator Staff Positions are not the ranks where one can apply. GMs are hand picked staff by us.

What is the shiny chance?
The shiny chance is 8192 for both members and non members.

If I found a graphic bug, game bug, mispelled text, or glitch? What should I do?
A good place to report them would be the Bug Resolution board. All bugs must be report there and not in the General Support board!

Why can’t I trade?
You must have the 4th gym badge (Rainbow Badge) from the Kanto League to be able to trade with any users. If you wish to trade an item, try making a Pokémon is hold the item and trade the Pokémon in question. Remember, feel free to use the Red or Blue Trade Board to make your situation fruitful.

I lost my items! Help!
Some times when the game crashes, you may lose a bit of your progress. Keep in mind that game is in BETA and crashes may happen at any time. You will not be given any thing you have lost in a rollback as it's your responsbility to watch over your progress by logging out. Please take the time to read the following thread thread here!

I have been scammed/robbed? Help!
For all trades, remember to take pictures of your conversations as well as the items or Pokémon you are trading. If you catch a user trying to scam you, please report them via the Report Center! Do not pester a Trade Moderator as they will mostly likely be busy with your case! A good reminder for users who are trying to evolve Pokémon via trading. Only trade with a trustworthy users such as a guild member, guild master, friends or even a Trade Moderator if you wish!

How can I link or show my Pokémon’s details into the public game chat?
You can either drag your Pokémon into the chat or use the command [Poke#1-6] to show them in the chatroom.

Can you devolve my Pokémon to a lower level or stage?
We will not devolve nor unlevel your Pokémon. Think carefully when leveling, evolving or changing the moveset of your Pokémon!

Forums

I can't see certain forums?
As a new user, you will not have access to full board. Once your Post Count is 2 or more, you will be auto-promoted and you will gain full forum features.

I can't change my avatar?
As a new user you are not able to change your avatar. Once you do 2 posts, you will be able to enjoy the full features of the forums.

How can I change my avatar?
You can do so by going to your User Control Panel. While logged in, click the “Head” panel and then click “User Control Panel”. After that, click Profile and then “Edit Avatar”. When changing your avatar, remember that the image in question must be PG and safe for work. (No gore, pornographic images, or offensive language.)

As a new user, you will not be able to send a message before you create 2 posts.

Difference between General Support and Bug Resolution Center?
General Support is a sub-forum that is mainly used for in-game related questions. This includes advice if you feel lost within a specific story-line, client related issues, or simply any game related question. On the other hand, the Bug Resolution Center is for issues that will be handled our staff. As this game is in it's beta phase, there will be some bugs and the Bug Resolution Center is the ideal place where you report them.

If you are a new user without posts, then you might lack the ability to post external links. Once you do several posts, the limitation will be gone.
